Effective December 1, 2005 After choosing the products to order, you'll be brightening up your garden in just a matter of a few days! All of our online orders are processed and shipped by the next business day after the order is placed. Orders received by 1:00 p.m. CST are usually processed on the same business day. Orders with standard shipping are normally shipped via USP Ground. Standard Shipping Rates & Timeframes (Continental U.S.) Our Standard Shipping applies to destinations within the Continental 48 US states. Our Standard Shipping rates are very simple to understand:
Customers within the Continental 48 US States can expect to see their products within 3-5 days after placing the order. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska We use UPS Ground for standard shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, and UPS Next Day for Expedited Shipping:
Customers in Hawaii and Alaska can expect to receive their orders in about 5 business days after placing the order. APO and FPO Addresses We're sorry, but at this time we are unable to ship to APO and FPO addresses. Shipping to Canada There is a US$5.00 additional charge for shipping our products to Canada. We normally use UPS Ground for Canadian shipments. Canadian customers can expect to receive their shipments in approximately 8 business days after placing the order. International Shipping There is a US$12.00 additional charge for shipping our products outside of the US or Canada. We will notify you via e-mail of the carrier we will be using to ship your order along with an estimate of when you should expect to see the shipment. We will send you this e-mail within 2 business days of placing your order. Expedited Shipping If you need the product right away, we offer UPS Next Day shipping within the United States for an additional charge. Refer to the tables above for pricing information for Expedited Shipping. Expect to receive your order by 3:00 p.m. on the second business day after placing your order.
